1. Who may join. You must be 18 or older and legally able to form binding contracts. Where the Services are unlicensed or unavailable, residents may not join. Account data accuracy and login secrecy stay your obligation.
2. The Services. gryphtrader provides an electronic trading platform for the markets listed on this platform. Nothing here is investment recommendation; every trading choice are yours. Shown quotes and data serves information only and can lag or delay at moments.
3. Risks. Trading brings material loss risk and suits only those who can bear it. Leverage can push drawdowns past your initial margin. Trade only money whose loss you you could withstand.
4. Costs. Charges, spreads and funding rates appear in the fee schedule and form part of this agreement. Pricing may shift once fairly notified.

7. Amendments. These Terms might change periodically. Using the Services once changes apply means acceptance. Controlling law comes from the registered jurisdiction where our operator is registered.
